Delivery Information
We aim to send out all orders as soon as possible, usually they are shipped on the next weekday after the order is made. We try and ship any orders placed before midday on the same day. If your order is urgent or you are unsure about delivery please contact us and we can confirm specific delivery times. If your order contains a mixture of items they may come in more than one package.
When ordering products that are not in stock we will keep you up-to-date with the expected delivery times. As far as possible the expected delivery times will be met. In unforeseen circumstances where the ordering time is loner than expected we will update you about the ordering time.

N.B Delivery takes 3-4 days to the following regions: Canary Islands and Balearic Islands - MRW International. Europe: 4-5 days.

Shipping Cost
For Spain we have a standard of 5,50€, being free on orders over 200€
If the order is for an instrument, case or bow, the shipping cost varies:
Violins and violin cases: 8,95€
Violas and viola cases: 10,95€
Cellos and cello cases: 34,95€
Double basses: 119,95€
Bows: 5,50€
